trully do NOT recommend
Only part of the city.
First of all, trully do NOT recommend. I really do NOT understand that someone ask for more then 100 EUROs per day and there are no towels and also no linen. PLEASE make price 10 EUROs more and offer complette apartment. We had to bring everything for only 3 days, and then to clean the whole apartment (cleaning for 3 days costs 60 EUROs). By the way we left it CLEANER then we got it, and we had to wash all dishes we used cause it was dirty when we came in. So, for 3 days we had to bring towels, linen and to clean, all to pay for 3 days EXTRA ca. 100 EUROs. Totally unprofessional. The depost we left for 3 days (200 EUROs) we gave immidiately after coming, and we got it back 2 days after leaving. I do not understand someone keep my money 2 days more. The living room looks nice on photos, but they put some linen on sofa in order that we do not make it dirty.. once again: totally unprofessional. I do not know anywhere in Europe I needed to pay extra for 3 days for BASIC things: towels, linen and to clean after vacation.

Nice quiet place, but a bit expensive
The place is welcoming and in a quiet neighborhood.
Price does not include bedroom linen and bathroom towels, which we need to pay separately. Also cleaning is not included, and you need to choose between paying 60€ or cleaning the apartment yourself. You have to pay a deposit of 200€ at the entrance, that are given back after inspection at the end of the journey.

Unusual apartment
Reasonable size apartment will a good equipped kitchen, though a few equipment are dated.
It is quite unusual for an apartment rent out without lining and pillow case. If it is a youth hostel, I will understand. I have been travelling around Europe extensively, it is the first time that I have to pay for the lining and pillow case. It is 12 eur a set, I pay 24 eur for two sets. I stayed for 2 nights, which costed me total 100 eur per night. The only reason that I choose this apartment because of their washing machine. After travelling for a week, it is good ťo do the laundry. The description said there was public parking, actually it was street parking. It is quite misleading. It is also quite unusual in my experience to put up 200 eur deposit, just in case, I may damage anything. The host may have some extraordinary experience, so that they required a deposit. They did what had described, but I see that they are doing barely minimal as a host. On the other hand, the host required us to avoid activities after 10 p.m. because it was a 1935 house. There is some sizzle sound when step on part of the isle. They sound would interfer the host resting. We slept at 10:30 p.m. However, as a host, they demand the guest a lot, but put minimum trust and respect by asking deposits. The bath room was one side with a glaas, and the other side was an open end. It is no way to avoid splashing water outside the bath. We have to clean the little water pond after shower of each individual one. If someone feels the above personal feelings has nothing to do with them, there is nothing wrong with this apartment. You have to prepare to climb a steep stair. If you are travelling with heavy baggage, good luck Wifi is unstable and weak signal in some area
